    Absolutely. We stand behind our products 100%. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 90 days (for Blex Velvet) and 30 days (for Blex C1) for a full refund.

  3. How do I change or cancel an order?

    We process orders promptly, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that currency conversion or credit card fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Blex Velvet IPL Hair Removal Device

  1. How do I use the Blex Velvet?
    • Step 1: Clean the treatment area and shave the hair. Ensure your skin is dry before using the device.
    • Step 2: Connect the power cord to the adapter and plug it into a power outlet.
    • Step 3: Press the On/Off button to power on the device. Adjust the intensity level (starting at level 1) using the same button.
    • Step 4: Wear goggles to protect your eyes.
    • Step 5: Place the light outlet on the skin and press the flash button to start. If the white light doesn’t turn on, the device isn’t fully in contact with your skin.
    • Step 6: After completing hair removal, press and hold the On/Off button for 1-2 seconds to power off the device. Avoid pulling the plug before turning off the machine to prevent damage.
  2. Is the hair removal permanent?

    You can expect up to 80% hair reduction with regular use following the treatment plan. Some hair may still grow if it wasn't in the 'anagen' phase during treatment.

  3. Which body areas can I treat?

    The Blex Velvet can be used on most body parts, including the Brazilian area and face (below the cheekbones). However, it should not be used on the labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus. For sensitive areas like the bikini line, start with the lowest intensity level.

  4. Can I use IPL over scars or tattoos?

    We do not recommend using IPL over scars or tattoos as it can cause heat buildup and discomfort. However, treating areas around tattoos is safe.

  5. Do I need to shave before using IPL?

    Yes, we recommend shaving the treatment area before using the device. Shaving ensures the IPL targets the hair follicles effectively. Wait 12 hours after shaving before using the device, and avoid dry shaving.

  6. What post-treatment care is needed?

    Avoid contact with water for 6 hours after treatment. If your skin feels dry or hot, apply a moisturizer. Stay out of the sun for 24 hours and use sun protection if needed.

Blex C1 High-Speed Hair Dryer

  1. Does it work with different hair types?

    Absolutely! The Blex C1 is designed to work efficiently on all hair types, whether fine, thick, or curly.

  2. How long does it take to dry my hair with the Blex C1?

    Drying time varies by hair type. Short hair can dry in 2-3 minutes, while longer hair may take 5-12 minutes.

  3. Within how many days can I return or exchange the goods?

    You can return or exchange your Blex C1 within 30 days of purchase - if anything goes wrong with your product, and it's not caused by humans.

  4. How do I prevent overheating my hair and scalp?

    The Blex C1 has a maximum temperature of 50°C to protect your hair and scalp. Keep the nozzle about 15 centimeters from your hair, use an appropriate temperature setting, and move the dryer side to side while drying to prevent overheating.

  5. How long will my Blex C1 last?

    With regular use (around 10 minutes daily), your Blex C1 can last up to 16 years - giving you many great hair days!
